Using the Library: Teachers employed by the Channahon and Minooka school districts are entitled to use their school's account to check out library materials. School accounts allow for six week checkouts with no renewal. To use a school account, you must present a current school issued id. Only the employee of the school can use the account not spouses or other relatives. Please call the library if you have any questions.

Assignment Alert: Got a big assignment coming up and would like us to set aside books for your students? Please fill out our assignment alert form and fax it back to us or send us an email.

Learning Library Teacher Packs: From the Discovery Channel, we bring you six teacher's packs available for check-out. Each pack contains one video, one CD-Rom, a teacher's guide, and a reproducible student worksheet. Our six subjects are: Mummies, China: People and Places, Weather and Climate, Habitats of the World, Heroes of American History, and Measurement and Scale. Each can be checked out for a two-week period. Limit is one to a card.
